There is now an easier way to submit support tickets from the dashboard. Following the steps below will automatically include the meter number or authorization number in the ticket and send the note to support. This will save you from having to copy and paste information into an email and gives us all the information we need to quickly address the issue.
Issues With a Single Service
For an issue with a single meter/service, click on See Data next to the service you are experiencing issues with. A drop-down menu will display, and towards the bottom, there is a "Get Support" option. Click on that.
This will open up a small window on your screen for you to add more information regarding the issue. Feel free to include your name and a short description of the issue. Once you have done that, just click "Submit."
Issues with an Authorization
For issues with a whole authorization/account, you can find the same Get Support button in the authorization header under "See Details." Clicking on this will open up a drop-down menu, and there you will find the Get Support option. Once you do that, feel free to follow the same steps for submitting a ticket for a single service.
