Here at UtilityAPI, we have a variety of pricing options available to our customers, ranging from pay as you go to discounted pay in advance plans that are flexible to meet your business needs. There are no long-term contracts, and you are free to change your plan whenever you want. If you are having a busy month, feel free to move up to a larger plan, and if things start to slow down, you are welcome to downgrade. Feel free to check out our plans here.
On all of our plans, we charge on a per meter basis, with prices per meter being discounted the larger your plan. Our base price is $15 per meter, and or standard data set is a year of monthly billing and interval data when/where available. Note that we consider a data collection to be successful and will issue a charge if any monthly billing data is collected. It may or may not include intervals.
Note that charges are issued for initial historical data collections and for manual refreshes/on-going monitoring. A full break down of charges by plan type may be found on our pricing page here.
Data collections may not cover a full year and/or have gaps if the account holder has not been at the property for a year, the utility is missing data or other technical reasons. The data set may not include intervals if a service has been stopped, does not have a smart meter or is not being provided by the utility company. There may be other technical or utility side reasons as well. CCA services are not charged for, as they are only part of the full charges issues. Learn more about CCAs here.
