If a Utility Account Holder (UAH) (i.e., utility customer) recently added new meters to their account, you may need to re-collect the meter list and Meter Data to ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date data.
Re-collecting a meter list can also help resolve situations where utility data appears outdated or incomplete.
How to re-collect a meter list:
- Click “See Details” next to the meter you want to recollect.
- Under the “Meters” section, select “Re-collect meter list.”
- A green “Success” notification will appear, indicating that “The meter list will update shortly.
Re-collecting meters helps maintain accurate data for monitoring, billing, and analysis purposes, ensuring you always have the right information at your fingertips.
Using this feature with different Data Access Methods:
This feature is currently supported for our Web Portal Adapter and our Green Button OAuth Data Access Methods.
This feature is not currently supported for our Green Button Proxy and Green Button Hosting Data Access Methods.
