*For SCE, Interval Data should come through immediately for large commercial accounts and may require a manual verification for small commercial and residential accounts. Please submit a support ticket if you are not seeing interval data and we will address it right away. Additionally, residential and some commercial accounts will need to be enrolled in paperless billing in order to receive PDF bills. We will still pull billing data from the website in cases where there is not a PDF available. Intervals may also be hourly.
** For LADWP interval data, we can only support commercial services with smart meter numbers starting with the letter "A" at this time. If/when more options become available, we will be sure to update.
