Southern California Edison (SCE) requires that in order for customers to receive PDF copies of their bills, they must be enrolled in paperless billing. If we encounter an account that is not enrolled in paperless billing, we collect billing data from the website and provide that you to in a CSV file.
We are working with the CPUC on data standardization and access, and as a part of this we are hoping to require a full 12 months of PDF bills, regardless of a customer's enrollment in paperless billing.
