Due to SCE's recent billing system update, you may receive an "incompletereg" error message for an SCE authorization or meter. If this happens the utility account owner needs to link their account to their SCE user ID again. They also may need to confirm their account information. All of the previous information will be available once the account is linked.
How to Link Accounts:
Have the utility account owner log in to SCE.com, and then follow these steps:
- Go to the Identity page. Check to see if your first and last name match those shown on your bill; if they do not match, update your name on the Identity page to reflect the name shown on your bill.
- Go back to MyAccount and click the Link Account button again.
