Due to SCE's recent billing system update, you may receive an "incompletereg" error message for an SCE authorization or meter. If this happens the utility account owner needs to link their account to their SCE user ID again and possibly also need to confirm account information. All of the previous information will be available once the account is linked.
How to Link Accounts:
Please have the utility account owner follow these steps after they log in to SCE.com:
- Visit Identity page and check to see if your first and last name match those shown on your bill; if they do not match, please update your name on the Identity page to reflect the name shown on your bill.
- Return to MyAccount and click the “Link Account” button again.
